Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At Everest Herbals, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligible Items
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In the original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Herbal powders and supplements
- Resins and oils
- Personal care products
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@everestherbals.com or call +1 (551) 322-0077 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the unused product in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the confirmation email. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@everestherbals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds include the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
