1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
At Everest Herbals, we strive to deliver your premium Himalayan herbs as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship all orders from our facility in Teaneck, New Jersey, USA.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 for orders under $75
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
- Canada: $15.99 (7-14 business days)
- United Kingdom: $24.99 (10-21 business days)
- European Union: $29.99 (10-21 business days)
- Australia/New Zealand: $34.99 (14-28 business days)
Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country's regulations.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation for the tracking information to become active.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying regulations regarding herbal supplements, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific countries or regions. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
4. Delivery Issues
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, occasionally issues may arise that are beyond our control (weather conditions, customs delays, etc.). If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the package
- Look for a delivery notice indicating where the package was left
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided
- If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@everestherbals.com within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the tracking information
5. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@everestherbals.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes using USPS, but please note that delivery to P.O. boxes may take longer than delivery to physical addresses. Expedited and Priority shipping options are not available for P.O. boxes.
